Shipping and Returns

Shipping 

Shipping is free to all Singapore addresses. 

In-stock items ship in 5 to 7 business days, and pre-order items ship in 3 to 5 weeks.
Custom, made-to-order rugs ship in 8 to 10 weeks.

We work closely with our shipping partners to adhere to these timelines. However, there may be the occasional delay due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that our free delivery service is to your front door. It does not include opening and removal of packaging, unrolling of rugs, or placement under furniture.

Delivery Schedules

When your order is ready, our fulfilment team will contact you to make delivery arrangements.

We offer two pre-fixed delivery days per week, on weekdays (before 5pm). If you have a preferred delivery date or time, please inform us a week in advance and we will try our best to accommodate your schedule. 

Please note that a $10 fee will be chargeable for late-notice delivery date requests outside of our schedule. 


International Shipping

For international orders, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Returns

We are pleased to accept returns for any reason, within 7 days of delivery.

You will be given a full refund if your item is returned in mint condition, minus a token fee of $20 per rug for the cost of pick-up from your home.


Defects

The pick-up fee will be waived if you are returning your rug due to defects. Please note that the following are not considered defects:

  • Shedding on new rugs
  • Variations in colour between the actual product and the image on screen
  • Small size differences of up to 5% which may occur especially for handmade rugs

Custom Orders

For rug orders which are specially sourced for you and not listed in our website, returns will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. 

Made-to-order rugs are not returnable and refundable unless defective.
