Sample Loan

Thank you for your interest in our rug sample loans! You can choose a maximum of three designs. Sample sizes range from 45cm squares to mini rugs (approximately 60 x 90cm) and are subject to availability, please indicate in the comments of your order which designs you would like to view. 

Available samples will be sent to you in 2-5 business days. For samples which are currently on loan, you will be placed on a waitlist and we will send them to you when they have been returned. 

Please note that we provide one round of complimentary sample loans (3 designs) with free delivery and pickup. Subsequent requests are chargeable at a nominal fee of $6 per batch of 3 samples.

Return process:

We will contact you 2-3 days after you receive the samples to arrange for a complimentary courier pickup.

1. Pack your samples in a bag and seal it. 
2. We will send you a printable airway bill for your package. You can either stick the printout onto the package, or write the tracking number provided on the package.
